2) Fill out the questionnaire

B) Visit the brand/stores website that your item will come from and attach the direct link to the item.
C) Please verify the style and color of your item
D) Select the cost of your shoes
E) Describe your customization
F) Attach any inspiration pictures you may have or email them to tattoomysole@gmail.com with your name and order number.
